With over 50 hectares of prime Chianti Classico vineyards and 42 hectares in Maremma, Querciabella stands as a cornerstone of Tuscany’s viticultural landscape.

Since our beginnings on the hillside above Greve in Chianti, we have steadily expanded our vineyard holdings across the Chianti Classico region. While our primary site remains in Ruffoli, where our most iconic wines are still crafted, the acquisition of vineyards in Radda and, more recently, Lamole has significantly bolstered our presence and significance within the appellation.

In 1998, we embarked on an exciting venture south along the rugged Tuscany Coast, establishing a new estate in Alberese, Grosseto. We deeply value Maremma’s oenological versatility, which is a testament to the extraordinary expressive richness of the region.

In upholding our responsibility to nurture our vineyards, we prioritize their health and resilience, fostering a flourishing habitat for countless microorganisms and indigenous wildlife. We believe ecological harmony not only enriches the land but also infuses our wines with a profound sense of terroir.
