“Translucent pink in colour with bright ruby red highlights. Aromatics of violet, hyacinth and gardenia florals. Redcurrant, white cherry, loganberry, damp earth, bay leaf, oaky vanilla and orange peel. On the palate the wine takes its time, following air intake it opens up, the breadth of flavour is mesmerising. Graceful and subtle. Finely grained tannins vie with fresh mellow acidic nuances. “Medium ruby red in colour with purple undertones. Aromatic profile containing violet florals with orange peel and sweet tobacco. Blackberry, blackcurrant, dark cherry, balsamic notes and mocha. Rich an inviting. Great weight. Expands on the palate at the speed of light. Secondary nuances of raspberry and mild sweet spice. Fruit quality is top notch.Tannins have dissolved into the wine. Red cherry, raspberry, blood orange, balsam, grilled herbs, mint and distant mellow spice. Medium bodied. Deeply textured. Citrusy character. Fresh with drive. Edgy. Crunchy and blended tannins. “Pale purple in colour. Aromas of spring cut flowers, orange zest and mint. Bing cherry, boysenberry, redcurrant, floral underbrush, grilled Mediterranean herbs, roast meat and graphite. Silky entry. “Beneath a fragrant canopy lies dark fruits, alongside leather, Mocha, spiced orange peel and blonde tobacco. Entry shows a silky, medium weighted, lightly textured wine with ultra fine tannins. Broad and linear. Still in its hobbledehoy stage. The Cabernet Sauvignon has so much to give over time. Even in youth showing harmony and balance. Striking character.
